The intention of this blog is an outlet for my many thoughts and ideas. Sometimes it will be as personal as talking about my beard, but mostly it will be about articles that I find in news from other areas of the web about which I think I have something important to say. I am not afraid to talk about touchy issues, but I will try to make it clear the thoughts that I am trying to transmit to others. My personal policy is honesty, thoughtfulness, and keeping an open mind. I will be the first to admit that I don’t always adhere to this policy, but I will do my best to do so. With that in mind I want to encourage anyone and everyone to post comments. You don’t have to be registered to post your comments, but you can be if you want. If you want to contact me please checkout my contact page. I will try to respond as quickly as possible to any emails that I receive.

Eventually I may expand this page to include more information. But for now, good luck to you all and I hope you enjoy my blog!

Sincerely,

Pjerky

P.S. Speaking of expanding this page, I just created my own wikipedia page. Check it out pthurmond!

Pjerky, This is a great summation of the 4th amendment. I have a blog called That’s Unconstitutional that I use to discuss and collect constitutional subjects written in layman’s terms.

I copied your post here and put it on my blog. I hope you don’t mind. I cited you as the author and provided a link back to this blog. If you don’t want your work on my blog, just let me know and I’ll take it down.

    Thanks,
    Ted

Ted, by all means post it on your blog. I am all about the free proliferation of information and knowledge. If something I say is found to have merit by others then they are welcome to share it where-ever and to whomever they would like. I will be sure to check out your blog when I get home tonight.
